We had to delete three flight already but the wind is calmed. Five tasks on the Task Sheet: PDG, FIN, HWZ, LRN, FON in any order.

Black flag again…
New try for Flight 1, targets waypoints
This the most difficult situation to interpret for public. Nice sunny weather and we are not sure about the flight. The wind is stronger as promised by the forecast but we are optimistic.
Two tasks are on the task sheet: Hesitation Waltz with three targets and Fly on.

First flight is cancelled
After a very nice Opening Ceremony we had the first task briefing. Common launch, Minimum Distance Time and Fly on tasks was on the task sheet.
We had strong wind at afternoon and tonight. We gone to the common launch area and we was waiting to wind calm down. When the wind calm down then no time to flight any task. The first flight is cancelled. We accept strong wind for the morning too and better condition for afternoon.

The forecast no shows any rain but little bit strong wind. The first competition flight will be today evening over the Marijampolé city.
Rules of 1st Junior World Hot Air Balloon Championship
Official rules were approved and published. Now you can find all three sections of the rules. The rules sections I and II published at our site earlier, were edited a bit. Important change related with Section II regarding co-pilot appeared in II.16, therefore co-pilots will not be asked for their sporting licence at check in.
Minor changes in II.3 and II.12 appeared.

Rules of Czech National Balloon Championship 2012 is published. It based on AX Model Event Rules 2012 and we will use the FAI loggers.

The Czech National Balloon Championship 2012 will be in Radesín third time. The Event is open for all NAC but maximum 20 balloons.
FAI loggers and the AXMER 2012 rules will be used, the official language is English.
